Platform enhancements and streamlining our online application process

We’ve made some improvements to our Ardan Platform, including a re-designed homepage with better functionality and enhancements to our fully online onboarding process.

Homepage

When you first log on to the platform, you will see a redesigned, more modern, layout.

Quick link tiles have been added to the screen, flagging key tasks. Some or all of these will be shown as appropriate, depending on the user permissions you have:

• Trades to Authorise
• Applications in Progress
• Applications Requiring Authorisation
• Applications Ready to Submit
• Models Requiring Authorisation
• Model Links to Authorise

There’s also new and improved quick search functionality. 

Online applications – onboarding improvements

We launched our new online application process last year, which allows you to onboard a new client in less than 30 minutes (assuming they are a standard risk case).

Following adviser feedback, we’ve made enhancements to make the experience smoother and more intuitive.
